• The mountain jewel is located above the Almressort and awaits you with approx. 70 sqm with 2 bedrooms with private bathrooms, living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and two sunny balconies.

• The apartment has been lovingly renovated and has free Wi-Fi, flat-screen satellite TVs and underfloor heating in all rooms.

• Ski schools and sports shops, winter hiking trails and cross-country ski runs are located in the immediate vicinity of the Sonnenalpe Nassfeld.

• An idyllic forest path (approx. 20 minutes) takes you directly from the mountain jewel to Italy. The best of two nations is combined into one experience on the Nassfeld.

• Take part in guided hikes in the Alpine paradise and look forward to various theme evenings.

• There are several alpine restaurants and ski huts within a 5-minute drive.

• For families, the Aqua Trail offers variety with water fountains, trampolines and boats on the small mountain lake. And if you want to reach lofty heights without much exercise, you can take one of the many lifts that are also in operation in the summer months.

• A ride on the “Pendolino” summer toboggan run is fun for everyone. A free program is offered every day for children up to 10 years of age.

• Golfers are also welcome - In Waidegg in the Gailtal (approx. 12 kilometers from the mountain jewel) lies a spacious, impressive 18-hole championship course with wide, flat fairways.
